O3NL mentors coach the starting entrepreneurs by making their experience, knowledge, energy and time available.
The mentors bring a wide variety of experience in their role as enthusiastic entrepreneur, founder or manager of a company.

O3NL mentors take part for various reasons, including intellectual enthusiasm, the ‘thrill of the start-up’ and the collaboration with other mentors in helping the entrepreneurs to overcome problems and challenges.

In order to guarantee the quality of mentors and to keep the level of the mentor group high, O3NL uses a precise selection process for mentors in collaboration with MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service.
An important criteria for mentors is their willingness to voluntarily make themselves available on a regular basis for meetings with the entrepreneurs and other mentors. Additionally, experience and track record are taken into account when assessing suitability for mentoring. To keep mentors’ support as objective as possible a mentor works on a voluntary basis.
